Loads an IQRdataGENERAL object from CSV and ATR file

An IQRdataGENERAL dataset that previously has been generated and exported with export_IQRdataGENERAL can be loaded with this function. The function will look for the "filename".atr file and if it exists it will import the needed attributes. If it does not exist an error will be shown and the user is told to consider the IQRdataGENERAL function. ":::" in character strings is replaced by " " to be able to more nicely load NLME datasests as IQRdataGENERAL object.

load_IQRdataGENERAL(filename)

Arguments

filename

Filename of CSV file for an IQRdataGENERAL object. The file "filename".atr needs to exist as well. Alternatively, if the data has been exported into a .dat.zip file, this function can load the dataset out of this .dat.zip file. The filename then needs to be provided, including the ".dat.zip" extension.

Value

An IQRdataGENERAL object

Details

Previously exported NLME and SYS datasets can be loaded. Non-existing columns will be automatically added. Existing ones will NOT be overwritten. In this way any exported dataset can be loaded as IQRdataGENERAL dataset.

NAs in YTYPE and ADM will be exchanged to 0 to be consistent with the general dataset format. These NAs are only needed as MONOLIX 2018R1 is doing something different again :-(
