Plot individual longitudinal data over time as lines (one panel per observation)

These plots are intended to give an overview on the individual time courses. They can be stratified by a column in the dataset. They are always stratified by treatment.

Arguments

data

IQRdataGENERAL or IQRnlmeData object

scale

Defines whether to plot on linear or logarithmic scales: Either "log", "linear" or named (observation names) vector of "log" and "linear" entries for scaling observations differently. Defaults to logarithmic scale.

stratify

Character vector indicating the covariate column used to stratify the data. If covariate continous the data will be split at the median covariate value. Time-varying stratifiers are not allowed. Defaults to no stratification (stratify = NULL).

linetype

Character element indicating the categorical covariate column used to choose a different linetype

filename

String for PDF file for plotting. If NULL (default) plots are displayed on default graphics device

FLAGreturnObject

Flag whether to return graph object or not (default).
