Sets IGNORE information on user defined records
setIGNORErecords_IQRdataGENERAL.RdThe user can define certain records to be IGNOREd and provide a reason for their ignoring. Records are identified by their IXGDF entry. The identified records will obtain MDV=1 and the reason will be entered in the IGNORE column. It is checked that records only include non-dosing records and that the selected records are present in the datset. Previously already IGNOREd records will be overwritten with the new reason. If a filename is provided, a table is generated as text file giving information about the ignored records.

IQRdataGENERAL object
- records
List with reason for ignoring as fieldnames (in quotes) and value as a scalar or vector with the IXGDFs Example:
records <- list("Outlier"=c(40,36,190), "Pre-first-dose-PK"=c(170,113,35))- filename
Filename to which to export the information about possibly ignored dose records (as a table text file)

Details
Important: no records are removed from the data! Only the IGNORE and MDV=1
information is set. Removal of MDV=1 records can then be handled with the
function: rmIGNOREd_IQRdataGENERAL.
